Which payment methods are accepted?

In our online store we accept the following payment solutions:

- TWINT

- Visa

- Mastercard

- Maestro

- Apple Pay

- Google Pay





How much are the shipping costs?

For deliveries in Switzerland the following shipping costs apply:

  • CHF 8.50 for Economy (Swiss Post)
  • CHF 10.50 for Priority (Swiss Post)

For all orders to Switzerland above CHF 150.- no shipping costs will be charged.

Kindly note that at the moment we do not send any orders outside Switzerland.

Of course, you also have the possibility to collect your ordered items for free at our pick-up location in Lugano.

DELIVERY

After having confirmed your order, we will send the ordered item(s) to the indicated address or pick-up location. The order is usually dispatched within 24 hours. The usual delivery time is 2-4 workdays with economy shipping and 1-2 workdays with priority shipping.

Please note that if an item is not available for immediate dispatch you will be notified by email and advised of the expected delay. In the case your order is unable to be fulfilled we will notify you via email, providing you with the option of cancellation or exchange.

PICK UP

Of course, your online orders can also be delivered directly to our pick-up location in Lugano free of charge. Therefore please select "Pick-up" as the shipping method in your shopping cart. You will get an email as soon as the order is ready for pick-up.

 

 

How can I return a product?

Are you not happy with an item ordered and you wish to return it?

If this is the case, please consider that for refund claims item(s) must:

  • be returned within 14 days of delivery date
  • have no visible signs of wear or use. Damaged, dirty or bad smelling items cannot be returned.
  • have all tags/labels intact and in resalable condition

    Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

    • socks, tights, hair accessories and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
    • any personalized products
    • sales items (products that are on sale)

      How to proceed?

      Please announce your return by writing to info@lookalike.ch indicating the reason of return.

      The return of the goods is at your responsibility and expense. We recommend you obtain a certificate of postage with tracking in case the parcel should get lost.

      Kindly note that we do not accept any returns for unwanted items after the returns period mentioned above. All returns must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during delivery. You are responsible for the items until they arrive back with us. No refunds or replacements will be given for items damaged or lost in delivery.

      PROCESSING RETURNS AND REFUNDS

      Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that our returns policy has been met. Please note that it may take up to 20 working days for your return to be processed and for you to receive your refund. You will be notified accordingly.

      The amount of the returned item will be deducted from the total amount of the corresponding order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.

      FAULTY MERCHANDISE AND INCORRECT DELIVERY

      Once you have received your order, we ask you to check the completeness and intactness of the items received. Any complaints regarding product damage or incorrect deliveries must be reported by email to info@lookalike.ch within 5 working days of receipt. Please send us a photo or video of the damaged product. We will review your concern as quickly as possible and let you know how to proceed.
